We are exceptionally delighted to announce that this year, the University’s highest award for teaching, the Distinguished Teaching Award, goes to our very own Pablo Gonzalez. All who know Pablo, know his dedication to the students of Ethnic Studies, whether it is producing transformational podcasts in the brand new Changemaker Lab, hosting Chicanx/Latinx graduation, or guiding students through innovative multimedia projects, Pablo always knows how to instill a love of learning, and a love of community. We are so glad that now the entire campus will learn what those of us in Ethnic Studies have long known, Pablo Gonzalez es un tesoro, a treasure that keeps giving.
